Payment Options
Thrive accepts most major insurance plans, including BCN, Medicaid and Medicare. Insurances accepted by Thrive Counseling are subject to change at any time. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. 

A sliding fee scale is available for the uninsured, and in some cases, copays may be waived or subsidized due to hardship. Thrive requests a credit card on file for all clients receiving services. Payments may also be made through Health Savings Account (HAS) or via check.

Billing Information
Thrive Counseling files bills directly with your insurance company. You’ll need to make co-payments at the time of each appointment. Our billing office will bill you for any co-insurance or deductible amount after your insurance has processed your claims. If you have any questions about your account statements for our counseling services, please feel free to contact us.

Cancellation Policy
For appointments not canceled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, you will be billed a “no show” fee. Thrive Counseling Services is unable to bill insurance for missed appointments and unable to use that time with another client. Your time slot is dedicated to you alone. If for any reason you are unable to come to your session, please phone or email your therapist at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Privacy Policy
Thrive Counseling does not sell or rent personal information regarding our clients to any third party. There are times when information is collected, such as when using our contact form, for billing purposes, or feedback to us. This information may include your name, address and e-mail address.
