By walking together at Walk a Mile in My Shoes, we send a powerful message: we see you, we welcome you, and we will not stop providing support to those who need us. Your participation helps JFS continue to provide essential resources— housing, employment support, and community connections—so that every newcomer, no matter when they arrived, has the opportunity to thrive.

DID YOU KNOW?

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT

JFSMade is a collection of brands and creations by JFS clients for their community.

JFSMade supports refugee entrepreneurs and other small business owners by connecting them with market opportunities to sell their products at local community events, Farmer’s Markets, the JFS Made website, and inside the JFS Made store, located at 2245 S. State St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.

JFSMade allows our clients an opportunity to gain visibility, test their product, build an audience, and begin to grow their business and start the building blocks of becoming economically self-sufficient.

JFSMade Artisan Market will be set-up for shopping at our Walk a Mile in My Shoes event. Stop by and check out the amazing hand made goods and treats!

We are still actively serving resettlement clients, as assistance does not stop after 90 days of resettlement and placement, but often extends to years of service.

HELP US BRIDGE THE GAP AND CONTINUE PROVIDING ESSENTIAL SERVICES TO OUR NEIGHBORS IN NEED.

Join us by registering to WALK a mile in our clients shoes and by fundraising along the way!
