What We Offer: Including not only conventional groceries and produce, but also culturally specific (e.g., halal, kosher) and medically customized (e.g., allergy friendly, gluten free, low sodium) options.

Who Is Eligible: ​All Washtenaw County residents can use the pantry twice per month

Details:

• Curbside pickup Thursdays, 11am-4pm, no appointment necessary
• Delivery available with medical waiver: Please contact [email protected]
• Order ahead online options is available for a quicker curbside pickup or delivery to those who qualify
• Kosher grocery delivery / Yad Ezra partnership available if needed (once per month)

MEAL PROGRAMS

What We Offer: "WISE Meals at Home" provides up to 10 kosher style and halal meals (5 lunch & 5 dinner) through our Meals on Wheels program. Participants must 60+ years old, have medical documentation of homebound status and live within the JFS service area.

Medically Tailored Meals: Healthy home delivered meals for specialty populations and Medicaid recipients (must have prior approval).

CONGREGATE MEALS - "WISE CENTER AT THE J"

What We Offer: "WISE Center at the J" is our congregate meal program, offering a hot, nutritious, balanced lunch and activities at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) 3 days/week 

Who Is Eligible: 
All Washtenaw County residents. Age 60+ participate for free. There is a small fee for ages under 60.

Details:

• "WISE Center at the J" occurs at the Jewish Community Center of Ann Arbor three days a week, 12pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and 12:30pm on Friday
• Pre-register to join us for lunch, 48 hours in advance. There is a suggested donation of $3.​​

VOLUNTEER WITH NOURISH

JFS urgently needs volunteers for Nourish, Washtenaw County's only specialty food pantry and commercial kitchen. Join us in combating food insecurity and preserving dignity in our community.

How You Can Help:

• Prep nutritious meals for delivery
